Baker Auto Plaza 100% Guarantee Rules and Guidelines: 
  1. Only vehicles purchased from the Baker Auto Plaza qualify for this program. 
  2. 100% Refund refers only to purchase price plus tax, title, license and doc fee. 
  3. No refunds will be granted until the title of the vehicle in question is resigned into Betten Baker's name. 
  4. The Vehicle MUST be returned to the Baker Auto Plaza to be considered for a refund. This Guarantee and Protection Plan is only good at Baker Auto Plaza Coopersville, MI. 
  5. The Customer must return the vehicle to the Baker Auto Plaza of Coopersville by the end of the 5 day grace period, starting the date of purchase, to receive a full refund. 
  6. All sports cars and muscle cars (IE: Mustang, Corvette, Challenger, etc...) or specialty vehicles (IE: Black Widow, Rocky Ridge, Auto Image, DV8, etc...) are disqualified from this program. 
  7. Vehicle must be accident free since purchase. 
  8. Vehicle must be in original purchase condition with no damages exceeding $100, any damage charges will be the customer's responsibility. 
  9. Odometer must be within 250 miles of the original odometer statement signed at purchase. 
  10. Baker Auto Plaza reserves all rights to any and all trades used in purchasing a new vehicle. 
  11. Upon returning a vehicle any payoffs, negative equity, or remaining lease payments from a previous trade become the customer's responsibility. 
  12. Only New vehicles in stock qualify for the Match or Beat Your Best Deal Program. 
  13. Baker Auto Plaza must be able to purchase any vehicles whose price is used to Match or Beat Your Best Deal Program from the advertising dealer. 
  14. Used vehicles do not qualify for the Match or Beat Your Best Deal Program. However, the customer still may bring a pre-owned vehicle back for a full refund if they are dissatisfied for any reasons pertaining to vehicle condition or utility.
